About Nenita J. McElroy
Nenita McElroy first came to acupuncture not as a practitioner, but as a patient, when Western medicine was unable to remedy her own health challenges. Before training in Traditional Chinese Medicine, she spent years as a registered nurse in intensive-care units at UCLA and Duke, in cardiopulmonary, surgical, and neurological care. Integrating her Western clinical knowledge with an Eastern holistic focus is how she thinks.
