What patients say
What patients love
Reviewers describe Full Circle as a warm, unhurried practice where the acupuncturists take real one-on-one time, explain what they are doing, and set clear expectations. A recurring note, even from self-described skeptics and first-timers, is how gentle and nearly painless the needling feels and how calm and welcoming the La Mesa space is.

About Full Circle Acupuncture
Full Circle Acupuncture is a La Mesa practice built on one-on-one attention and treatment plans made for your body, not a standard protocol. The team takes the time to understand your health history and goals first, then designs care around them, so you always know what is being done and why.
How they work
Care starts with a conversation. The team walks through your health history and what you want to feel better, then builds a plan specific to you. Acupuncture is at the heart of what Full Circle does, drawing on custom herbal formulas, cupping, gua sha, red light therapy, and simple at-home exercises when they help extend your results between visits. Most patients say the sessions are more relaxing than they expected, and every visit is kept unhurried and easy to get to.
Meet the team
Full Circle's practitioners bring together decades of experience in Traditional Chinese Medicine, from root-cause herbal work to pain, women's health, and emotional wellbeing. Meet the people who will care for you.
Practitioners

Ram is the founder of Full Circle Acupuncture and brings more than 15 years of experience in Traditional Chinese Medicine. He takes a holistic, root-cause approach to care and has walked alongside many of his patients for more than a decade of their health journeys, from everyday injuries to more serious concerns.

Jennifer is a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine (DACM, L.Ac.) with a clinical focus on pain management, mental and emotional health, and women's health. She earned both her doctorate and master's at the Pacific College of Health and Science, and pairs an evidence-informed, individualized approach with a background in therapeutic bodywork.

Abigail is a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine (DACM, L.Ac.) whose interest in natural health began with her own experience managing eczema through food and lifestyle. After a personal loss reshaped her path, she left a corporate career to study acupuncture and Chinese medicine, and she is drawn to patients who want to take an active role in their own health.
