The Healing Nest is an acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine clinic in Pacific Beach, San Diego, founded by Dr. Torres as a calm, heart-centered space for whole-body healing. How they work

Care begins with a 30-minute consultation that looks at health history, lifestyle and goals, and every new client's first consultation comes with a complimentary first treatment. The practitioners use traditional tongue and pulse diagnosis to assess where the body is out of balance, then set a tailored care plan. Acupuncture is delivered with gentle technique and can be paired with fire cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, Chinese herbal formulas and nutritional guidance. Progress is tracked with regular reassessments, and the plan is adjusted as the body responds.
