Copyright and Takedown Policy

Effective October 1, 2026

KeepCare respects copyright. If you own material that appears on KeepCare and you want it removed, you do not need to send a formal legal notice. Email [email protected] and we will take it down, usually the same business day.

If you prefer to send a formal notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, here is how.

Sending a notice

Email [email protected] with the subject line "DMCA notice" and include all of the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
  3. The URL on keepcare.net where the material appears, specific enough for us to find it.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
  5. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

What we do

We remove or disable access to the material, and we tell whoever supplied it, if anyone did. If material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same address with the equivalent information.

We may end access for anyone who repeatedly infringes copyright.
